1. MIXING BITTAGES IS BAD! Remember, 32 bit and 16 bit sprites don't mix well!
2. Increase the size of the sprites themselves.
3. Obviously this follows no part of either game story, but this just bugs me: Dr. Light is long dead, and he shouldnt be able to interact with the sonic characters. I know, I know. But that was just bugging me.
4. You put great effert into this. I saw a lot of typos in the text, but that wasnt a big deal.

Overall, I think this is one of the few sprite flashes on NG that has that good of animation. Most of them the sprites just don't even move. Take a look at my suggestions, and see what you can do for the next movie. Good job on this one.
